- DIRECT REPLACEMENT PART to replace OEM D1S HID Ballast for 5DV00900000. DAMA OEM Replacement part meets or exceeds the genuine OEM ballast at a fraction of the dealership price. HID Ballast is direct Plug-N-Play without any modification needed.
- 2-YEAR WARRANTY: DAMA HID ballast comes with a 2-Years factory defect replacement warranty.
- IS IT THE BULB OR THE BALLAST? An easy SWAP TEST will let you find the problem. Install the non-working bulb to the good side and the working bulb to the non-working side. If the non-working bulb works on the good side, but the working bulb does not light up on the non-working side, the HID ballast probably has gone bad. Note that other components like the igniter, wire harness, or fuse also could be the source of the problem.
- WHAT’S INCLUDED?: 1x Ballast with DAMA Certificate of Authenticity sticker with unique individual serial numbers. What shows on the photo is what you will receive. Nothing more or less.
- Compatible with Part#’s: 5DV 009 000-00, 15782392, 12767670, 15782392, 15782392, 15782392, 63 12 6 937 223, 63-12-6-937-223, 1 376 950, 13C170 (Warning: Ford uses same part # for different ballasts), A 000 821 10 61, 84965XA00A, 68030815AA, 68001392AA, 12 76 7670, 5M0907391, 92190-3L000, 7701209425, YWC500480, C2P13237
