Black Rock Classic Draught
Brewing beer has never been this easy with the Black Rock Malt Extract Brewing can that makes 20L of beer.
Black Rock Classic Draught is a classic full-bodied, easy-drinking brown beer that will be familiar to many NZ beer drinkers. This popular session beer is both satisfying and thirst-quenching with full-bodied malt character from the Crystal and Black specialty malts balanced with a moderate bitterness
- IBU: 25
- ABV: 4.5% (approx. using 1kg dexrose or Brew Enhancer)
- Hops (bittering): NZ Hops Green Bullet™
- Malt: 87% MaltEurop Lager, 6% Gladfield Medium Crystal, 3% Gladfield Light Chocolate, 2% Gladfield Dark Chocolate, 2% Gladfield Aurora.

What is included:
- 1.7kg brew can containing hopped liquid malt extract
- Yeast
- Basic instructions on back of can
Recommend to be brewed with Dextrose 1kg to increase alcohol to 4.5% (available under brewing sugars).
What do I need to get started?
- Basic brew kit - Fermentation bucket, capper, airlock, bottling tube ect. Available here
- Empty bottles (Not twist top bottles) and caps. Available here

Try brewing this recipe with a specialty ale yeast like Fermentis Yeast: SafAle™ US-05.
