- The instrument uses DDS direct digital synthesis technology to produce accurate, stable and low-distortion output signals. All parameters are calibrated by internal procedures. - 100M :100M frequency meter function: It has four measurement methods: frequency measurement, period measurement, positive and negative pulse width measurement, and duty cycle measurement.

Press and hold the OK key during use, you can quickly save the parameter information currently output by the instrument, and the saved parameters can be automatically loaded at the another boot. - 100M frequency meter function: It has four measurement methods: frequency measurement, period measurement, positive and negative pulse width measurement, and duty cycle measurement. The maximum measurement frequency of the instrument can up to 100MHz, and the minimum measurement frequency is 0.01Hz.
