Edelweiss Gingham - Stone

The most highly coveted of all the alpine flowers, she has been looking for Edelweiss in the mountains all of her life. The plants spend the winter covered in snow and somehow still bloom from spring to autumn.

When she was ten years old my mother painted the furniture in my bedroom green and covered it in strings of hand painted white Edelweiss. In short, she found a way to bring them home

Edelweiss Gingham looks particularly lovely made into blinds and lampshades.
