- Complete Pool Filter Repair Kit: the ultimate tank rebuild set includes 1 tension control clamp(190003), 1 high flow manual air relief valve (98209800, gauge not included), 1 tank clamp o-ring (39010200), 1 drain plug (190030), and 2 air bleeder screen caps (190106z), everything needed to fix leaks and restore filter pressure
- Broad Compatibility: 190003 pool filter clamp kit(23-1/4" L x 2-1/4" h x 22-1/4" w)engineered to fit perfectly compatible with pentair fns plus (24, 36, 48, 60), clean clear plus (ccp240, ccp320, ccp420, ccp520), and quad de filters(24, 36, 48, 60, 80, 100), the clamp ensures a secure seal for the tank lids of these specific high-pressure filtration systems
- Heavy Duty Clamp Assembly: features a corrosion-resistant stainless steel band reinforced for durability; Comes pre-assembled with the essential spring barrel nut (53108900) and machined nut (194997), ensuring smooth tension adjustment and a tight, safe lock that won't seize up over time, designed to withstand high pressure, uv radiation, and outdoor pool environments
- Improved Air Relief Valve: the 98209800 valve allows for rapid air bleeding to maintain optimal system safety, compatible with warrior, easyclean, smbw 20004000 series, all predator filters and aspa de filters, and models such as 188592, 188593, 160316; Note: this manual valve is designed for high flow but does not include the pressure gauge, the included drain plug and o-ring ensure the bottom and middle of your tank remain watertight
- Essential Maintenance Parts: over time, bleeder screens clog and o-rings crack, this kit provides 2x stainless steel screen caps (190106z) to prevent debris from entering the valve, and a fresh o-ring to seal the tank halves, ideal for spring opening or fixing winter damage; Refer to product images for detailed installation steps; Note: residual water may leak out when removing old parts
